What is the Chef Store?

The Chef Store is Cooking Diary's official online store with great deals on in-game items and secure ways to pay. Items will be added to your game account via your Support ID.

Does my game platform support Chef Store purchases?

Yes, purchases made through the Chef Store are available on all platforms that you can play Cooking Diary on.

How do I get access to the Chef Store?

1. Log in on the Chef Store website using your email address or social media account.
2. In the pop-up window, enter your Support ID, which you can find and copy in the game settings.



After entering your Support ID, you will see the name (nickname) that you use in the game.



Please ensure that you have entered your Support ID correctly, as it will only be possible to change the information by contacting our technical support service. You will not have to enter your Support ID again on subsequent visits to the store.



Now you can start shopping.

How do I make a purchase?

Before making a purchase, ensure that you have completed all the steps indicated in the text, "How do I get access to the Chef Store?" After that:

1. Select the item that interests you in the Chef Store.
2. Select a payment method, enter your details, and confirm the payment.
3. After payment has been processed, the selected item will appear on your game account.



The in-game items that you purchased will be added to your Cooking Diary account.

When will new offers appear?

Offers are constantly being added and updated. To keep up with the latest changes, follow Cooking Diary on social media. You can find links to our social media pages on the Communities tab in the game settings.

How do I get a free gift?

You can get a free gift by registering for a Chef Store account with your Support ID.

After you enter the ID, you will see the nickname of the player it belongs to. Please verify that the correct recipient for the item is shown.



IMPORTANT! Make sure to enter your Support ID correctly. A mistake may be made due to the similarity of certain characters.

What is a promo code?

A promo code is a special code that you can use to receive a gift or a discount on an in-game item. You can activate a promo code in the Chef Store.



Please remember that a promo code has an activation period and terms of use.



You can receive a promo code by participating in contests, events, and other Cooking Diary activities on social media. You can find links to our social media pages on the Communities tab in the game settings.

I have a promo code. How do I activate it?

1. Visit the Chef Store website.
2. Log in to your Chef Store account using your Support ID.
3. Select an in-game item that you're interested in.
4. Enter the promo code in the purchase window.
5. Make sure the promo code has been activated. The corresponding promotion should appear.
6. Select a payment method that is available for your country. You will be redirected to your payment system's site to complete the purchase.
7. Wait for the payment to be processed.



The in-game items that you purchased will be added to your Cooking Diary account.

I can't activate a promo code. What do I do?

It is possible that the promo code's activation period has expired or the offer has already been redeemed the maximum number of times allowed. If all the terms of the promo code have been met but you are still unable to activate it, please contact the Cooking Diary support team using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the screen.

What are donuts?

When you make purchases in the Chef Store, you will receive bonuses in the form of donuts, a virtual currency that you can spend in the Donut Store.

To see the number of donuts that you will receive for purchasing an in-game item, check the item's description.



If donuts were not added to your account or were added incorrectly, please contact the Xsolla support team and attach a screenshot of your purchase receipt.

How can I find out how many donuts I have?

1. Visit the Chef Store website.
2. Log in to your Chef Store account using your Support ID.
3. You will find your donut balance in the upper right corner.

How do I find my Support ID?

Go to the settings window by tapping on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.

You will see your Support ID at the bottom of the screen.

To copy your Support ID, simply tap it.
